  We just purchased our trailer and thought we would stay in the park for a weekend befor deciding if we wanted to make it our seasonal home.I can say we will NEVER be back again. Way to many kids unattended and disreputable campers. Party till 430 am. .

  My husband and I were heading north June 24th and decided to stay here for the night , when we got there the girl working the campground cash ( K.P ? ) I believe as we still kept the receipt of her initials , got my husbands Debit Card and scanned it . Said it didn't go through and then asked that he pay $55.00 cash . The next morning as we were packing up , we noticed that the charge had in fact gone through and we paid twice for this campsite. Told her of the double charges and she said that they would have to verify all the money etc. It is now August 2nd and to this date " Jenna"" has not refunded us our money ! Beware !! If they ask for cash after you have scanned your cards , make sure you have all their information. We are still awaiting their reply .. someone is up $55.00 and its not us !! We will be looking into this and pursuing it further,, its not the principle of the money its honesty when running a business .!! Owners have not contacted us either , so where are they ?? We thought this would be a nice place but I can see if you can't trust them that's a turnoff already ,and overall the park is not great , practically sitting on top of other campers .. We are hoping to have a resolution very soon .. Received a Call from a "GUY" (broken English @ Heidi's ) saying he will not give us our money back ! - Well NEWS TRAVELS FAST -- THIS IS HOW THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS !! BEWARE ! Very Sketchy !

  Jenna is absolutely fabulous! Any issues we have or any questions that may arise she is quick to respond and always willing to help out. She will go above and beyond to resolve any issues. Reading reviews here makes me sad that someone with a banking issue would put her name through the mud. Trust me, she's absolutely fabulous to deal with. We've been seasonal campers for a few years now, only complaint I'd have is the entertainment needs sprucing up. Fresh faces, new ideas would be an asset. Also a pool heater that heats the pool AND the hot tub. Not just one at a time LOL! Thank you Jenna for all your hard work making us all happy at Heidi's Campground.

  Lot of trees.some sites are good size and some are tight.park does have a great play ground an indoor pool and hot tub.wifi is poor when we were there.park is making 85 new sites for next year.staff are very helpful.store has some supplies.
